Shipping & Delivery

All orders are custom made and can take up to 4 weeks for us to create. Delivery can be expected within five weeks for domestic shipments, or seven weeks for international shipments, depending on destination and shipping method chosen. Delivery Confirmation is used on all US shipments. Shipment method is chosen by the buyer at the time the order is placed. First class, air mail, priority, UPS, and FedEx options are available. Shipping and handling rates are based on shipping method chosen. Shipping charges are subject to change based on postal rates and packaging prices.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products (excluding downloads). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, you may return it for repair or replacement. Returns must be pre-arranged by email within 7 days from delivery of product.  Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Returned items must be in new, salable condition. Delivery confirmation is highly recommended. Our company is not liable for returns that do not arrive to us. We pack our items carefully, but should an item arrive damaged from shipping, you may return it to us for a free repair within 7 days of the arrival of the item. Arrangements for a repair must be made by email prior to the item being returned.

<Orders are placed with us through our web store. Orders can also be placed by phone at 309-256-0271, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 p.m. Central Time (+6 gmt).

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is expected at time order is placed with us. We accept PayPal payments, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), electronic checks (US customers only), Swift wire transfers (international customers), money orders and cashier’s checks (with a $150.00 minimum purchase). Payments must be received before purchase is shipped.  Wholesale items are sold in units.  A unit consists  of 10 canes.  A minimum order is 6 units or $100.00, whichever comes first.
